Introduction: Welcome to DevZev! By accessing our website and using our services, you acknowledge that you will be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Service Agreement
- Services Offered: DevZev provides a wide range of digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, web development, Power BI (Data Analytics), and other business strategy services to companies from all industries.
- Billing: Customer will be billed the quoted price for the initial month and standard monthly payments for continuing services.
- Payment Terms: Services payment is due based on the payment schedule plan. If a client fails to pay by the due date, DevZev has the right to charge the credit card on file six (6) days following the due date.
DevZev reserves the right to add a 10% late fee to late payments.
All sales are final, and refunds will never be issued.
Client Responsibilities
- Account Management: The clients must keep their account details, passwords, and usernames secret.
- Communication: Clients are supposed to respond reasonably quickly to communications from DevZev regarding account performance, service changes, and billing discrepancies.
Termination of Services
- Cancellation Policy: The clients must provide DevZev with notice no less than fifteen (15) days before they would like to terminate services. Failure to give notice will result in continued billing.
- Discharge of Contractual Obligations: Unless there is a reasonable notice of termination, DevZev has the right to charge the file card to discharge contractual obligations.
Charges for Alteration of Terms and Conditions
- Change: DevZev may change or modify these terms and conditions occasionally. Continuing use of our services after such change shall constitute acceptance of the new terms.
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted based on the laws of the state of California.
